| Requirements: | Sewing machine -- all brands are welcome. Be sure to bring your power cord and accessories including 1/4in foot. Basic sewing supplies including pins, tape measure, scissors. Cutting mat and rotary cutter will allow you creative time so you don't have to wait. Rulers - 6in x 24in is very helpful. Ruler - 60 degree Triangle 12" (Creative Grid) - REQUIRED. Thread to match fabric. Needles - Topstitch 80/12. Frixion pen (fabric marking type pen/pencil). Pattern - Triangle Frenzy Hexagon AED159 by Bunnie Cleland. Fabric - Border Print with four 10in wide stripe - 1-1/2 yard - 2 yards for Top. 1/3 yard straight of gain for binding. 4-6in larger than finished size for Batting and Backing. Note: if you would like to make 2 smaller side pieces you will want to add 1/2 yd additional fabric. |
