| Requirements: | Sewing machine with power cord and accessories. Cutting mat, Rotary Cutter, Tape measure, and basic sewing supplies including fabric marking pen, clips, pins, rulers. Pattern is available with class enrollment and will be provided at the class. You must have all strips cut and labeled PRIOR to class. Fabric - You can use a pre-cut package of 2-1/2 inch strips or cut your own. All strips should be a different color or pick a theme. Cut and label PRIOR to class: Fabric #1 - 8 pieces of 2-1/2in x 17-1/4in strips Fabric #2 - 8 pieces of 2-1/2in x 16-1/4in strips Fabric #3 - 4 pieces of 2-1/2in x 15-1/4in strips Fabric #4 - 4 pieces of 2-1/2in x 14-1/4in strips Background fabric: 1 yard Cut and label Cut 16 - 2-1/2in x 1-1/4in Cut 16 - 2-1/2in x 2-1/4in Cut 8 - 2-1/2in x 3-1/4in Cut 8 - 2-1/2in x 4-1/4in Fabric to match for binding (same as background fabric). Cut 3 strips 2-1/2in x WOF (Width of fabric). Fabric for backing - 1-1/2 yard your choice of color. Batting - 30in x 54in. |
