Beyond The Stitches Newsletter - May 2024

We're so glad you're here! Our Newsletter will provide information on what has transpired during this past month as well as what is coming up. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We just completed our first AFSH (All Florida Shop Hop) which took place March 1 thru April 30th. We celebrated this great event with 829 great customers that were a mix of customers that had previously been to our shop and many that had never been to our shop or even our town of Crystal River. We were able to share information about our shop, guide you to our local restaurants and great spots to visit. We even got to see some of your great projects you were working on or had just completed; THANK YOU for sharing. We experienced "rabbits" and "little cars" hidden in our shop for other hoppers to find and travel with them to a new destination. We had a visit from Flat Jen and Flat Wendy (large picture of the two ladies that founded the company that coordinates the All State Shop Hops) and met some great future sewest.

We always enjoy when we get to celebrate your completed projects. Thank you for taking time to bring in your projects and let our Team share in your excitement. Here are a few that we were able to see this past month.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We were able to celebrate the winners of the (Central Florida) Jelly Roll Shop Hop - Congratulations to the $75.00 winner, Libby W. and to the $50.00 winner, Paulette G.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We enjoyed learning some great tips and ideas as projects were celebreated during Sew & Tell. If you haven't had a chance to join us, be sure to mark your calendar for the First Saturday of each Month at 10:00 a.m. We encourage you to enroll via our website or contact our shop and let a Team Member enroll you so we can ensure to have enough seats available.

We have been enjoying several different types of classes in our Learning Center. Be sure to check our website under the Class section to see if there is a class that you would like to join.

We celebrated Serger Month with our event, Splashing Into Serger Savings, where we shared a lot of tips, projects and set the stage for attendees to try Baby Lock, Bernina and Bernette sergers.

We had a special visit from Pamela Leggett from Pamela's Patterns.
