Baby Lock's annual conference provided great training and information on the following new machines as an addition to their current machine lineup.  If you are thinking of adding a machine to your sewing/quilting/embroidery space, be sure to chat with one of our Team Members to see what we have to offer.

Anthem is a sewing/quilting machine offering great features 

Venture 2 is an update to the Venture multi-needle embroidery machine 

Reflection is a new embroidery only machine that provides a 9 x 14 embroidery field and other great features

Splendor is a serger that offers many functions that will compliment garment construction as well as embellishing

If you would like to donate NEW socks and/or shoes that help people here in Citrus County, you still have a chance to bring in your donation and place them in the collection box found in our Learning Center.  From young children to adults, there are those in need of NEW socks and shoes.  This effort will continue through September 6th so YOU still have time to donate.  THANK YOU to those that have already brought in items.

Sew & Tell is a great event that we host the First Saturday of every month (with the exception of July due to our Anniversary Sale).  Join us at 10:00 am in our Learning Center and share one of your projects or simply come to see what others have created and meet some new friends.  Here are a few projects that were shared this past month.

We are sad to learn about the unexpected passing of Marcia Taschenberger.  Many of you that attend Sew & Tell may remember the beautiful quilts Marcia created and her sharing of each quilt story.  RIP Marcia

Congratulations to our Team Member, Gertie, for her completion of the Baby Lock Embroidery Expert Certification.  Gertie participated in a week long virtual class then completed her final project and passed her final exam.  Way to go Gertie!
