We all have challenges in life, however, a FUN CHALLENGE can inspire creativity, help us complete an unfinished project and/or kick start us participating in something new. NOW is the time to begin working on your "challenge item" for this upcoming event.
Happy 250th Birthday America Challenge
Create a project in celebration of America’s 250th Birthday then submit your project for community viewing and voting. There is NO limit on size, item or style – YOU do YOU (limit: 1 item per person). When you submit your project between June 22nd and June 30th, you will be given an assigned number that you will return when you pick up your project on August 3, 2026.
Your completed project will be on display in our Learning Center during the month of July for community viewing and voting. What’s in it for you, you may be wondering….. First Place: $100.00 Gift Certificate to Beyond The Stitches Second Place: $75.00 Gift Certificate to Beyond The Stitches and Third Place: $50.00 Gift Certificate to Beyond The Stitches

The All Florida Shop Hop was a lot of fun as we welcomed home past shop hoppers and welcomed in new shop hoppers. Thank you for all that visited our shop and took the time to learn about our products, services, classes, Team and our shop Mission and Vision.
The All Florida Shop Hopper rabbit hopped in with these two hoppers and hopped out with this little one as the hopping rabbit traveled to the next shop.

The classes in our Learning Center have been great this past month where many have learned some new tips in their sewing projects, completed a few more sewing projects and have met some new friends along the way. Thank you for joining us and supporting our Learning Center and the Instructors that have prepared samples, handouts and dedicated their time to sharing great sewing tips.

We had a great time at Sew & Tell celebrating finished projects from so many friends. If you have a project that you would like to celebrate with others be sure to enroll for Sew & Tell which is scheduled for the First Saturday of every month (NO Sew & Tell in July due to the Anniversary/Birthday Event) at 10:00 a.m. Here are some displays from this past month. THANK YOU to all that attend to share your projects, tips and inspire others.
Jan shared her Stylish Hat as well as her blouse that she created on the Baby Lock Applaud Creative Stitch machine. Jan stitched the design into the sleeve, side panel and back yoke (across the top back shoulder to shoulder) on MODA Grunge cotton fabric and a decorative thread.
Although Dennis didn't have a project to share this month, he always has great tips to share.

Service
Give our Team a call (352) 794-3289 to schedule service on your sewing/embroidery/quilting machines. Here are just a couple of pictures from this past month. One of these customers didn't feel like her machine needed to be cleaned because she "cleans it after every project and just wanted the feed dogs fixed because they were stuck". It is like the old saying "you don't know what you don't know"......you may not know what the inside of your machine looks like. It is recommended you have your machine cleaned once a year (or sooner depending on your fabrics/projects) even if you don't use your machine a lot.
